Principles and Practice of Academic Peer Review

About this programme:

The aim of this programme is to introduce participants to the concept of peer review for academic publishing and grant proposals. “What is Peer Review?”, “Why Peer Review is Necessary”, “How to Engage with Peer Review” and “How to write up a Peer Review Report” are some of the topics which will be covered in the programme. The programme will be valuable to those academics wanting to engage with questions about academic quality, accountability and impact of their research. Practical tips on the process of peer review and publishing will be provided.

Facilitated by Professor Sarojini Nadar, the seminar will be valuable to academics from a range of disciplines in the Social Sciences, Humanities and Law & Management studies.
