In recognition of the pivotal role women play in leadership, this dynamic one-day Women in Leadership Masterclass aims to develop leadership practice and gives women leaders the tools to increase their leadership impact.
This Masterclass has leveraged the existing framework of the three-day programme, High Impact: Women in Leadership, crafting a condensed yet impactful one-day introductory workshop. The Masterclass not only enriches the learning experience of women leaders but also opens avenues for them to seamlessly transition to the extended short course in the future.
