UKZN Extended Learning helps equip learners for their career choices
We recently attended a Career Dissemination Exhibition which took place at Pinetown Boys High School in Durban. The event was hosted by the Department of Education (KZN) for selected Durban North West & Umhlathuzana Circuit areas.

The Grade 12 learners that attended were accompanied by their teachers who assisted them in enquiring about the relevant information that will be beneficial for them post-matric. Learners were both excited and optimistic about the future, but also felt a bit overwhelmed by the amount of information received. With the support of their educators and parents, learners are equipped to choose suitable career paths.

UKZN Extended Learning aims to be present at similar events as they play a crucial role in career decision making. We offer a number of bridging and access courses that offer students a second chance at attending the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
