The first block session of the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) in Higher Education commenced on the 27th July. This is the first block session of two more to follow in August and September. Facilitating on the second day was the multifaceted Dr Shamim Bodhanya who is a scholar-practitioner that draws on inter-disciplinary research to work with complex real-world problems and social complexity.

Delegates from higher education institutions are passionate about this learning opportunity as they tackled modules such as Leadership in the VUCA world; Law and Ethics in Higher Education, and professional development and talent management.
