UKZN Extended Learning (UEL) recently conducted a two-day programme in Swaziland – Building a Talent Management Culture for Royal Swazi Sugar Corporation. The programme was facilitated by Mr Rob Goldman who has over 25 years’ of experience working in the Human Resources field in multinational businesses.
The delegates who attended the programme consisted of HR practitioners and Line Managers across all functions of the organisation. The programme focused on a number of key Talent Management components such as; Talent Attraction, Selection, Acquisition, Development, Management and Measurement, Engagement and Retention. These focus areas were directly linked to the organisation’s objectives and the concluding HR Workshop created an interactive platform for discussions on how Royal Swazi Sugar can enhance their Talent Management Culture.
