UEL recently facilitated the first group in the first block session of Senior Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) in Polokwane, where delegates from the Department Of Education attended the course. Lecturing the impactful four-day session was Dr Rudi Kimmie who has a background in education, training, leadership and organisational development. He is also the founder of Business Organisational and Leadership Development (BOLD) and the Student Entrepreneurship and Upliftment Project (StepUP) at UKZN.
One delegate, Ms. Thandiwe Dlodlo, won a copy of Dr Kimmie’s book titled MoneyWise: Essential money skills for young minds, for her response when delegates were encouraged to share their expected outcome from the course.
UEL is dedicated to offering programmes that endorse lifelong learning, and improve personal productivity and performance in challenging and demanding work environments.
