CHEP (a supply chain logistics and pallet container company) recently hosted a Learning Week in three regions, Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town, inviting training institutions from various sectors to exhibit and showcase their course offerings. The week allowed employees to engage with institutions for one on one consults, discussing their professional development and the programmes that would be best suited to them. The Learning week provided an engaging and collaborative exchange with CHEP employees showing keen interest in their professional development.
