To the University Community
As the year draws to a close, one of the priorities of various South African higher education institutions relates to completing the 2016 academic year. In that light, three key elements are being brought to your attention by Universities South Africa (USAf), namely: a call to action, the rights of students and staff to protest, and the impact of a possible shut down.
