We at UKZN Extended Learning have designed our business practices to safeguard your privacy.
This privacy policy applies to all the web pages related to our website, including our Learner Management System.
The website may collect certain information about your visit, such as the locations from where you are browsing, the device you are using, the source address which you clicked, the campaign you are attached to, date, time of visit and the pages you visited whilst you were on our website. This information is used to help improve the site, analyse trends, and administer the site.
There will be times, such as when you complete an application for a course, or submit your details onto our newsletter or purchase a product directly from UKZN Extended Learning when we will need to obtain personally identifiable information from you. Such personally identifiable information may include the name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number or identity/passport number. UKZN Extended Learning does not guarantee the security of any data passing through its networks. Although UKZN Extended Learning will provide a “best effort” service, including cyber security measures, regular updates on computer viruses and other threats to security of data, it is the responsibility of the communicating parties and end user to safeguard their data, and UKZN Extended Learning cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising as result of the failure to do so.

Included on our website is our privacy policy which outlines your data protection rights, how we process your information as well as the process you could follow to remove your information of our systems, as always, we are obliged by laws, to retain information where required by other specific regulations which we adhere to.
