In alignment with the vision set out in the University of KwaZulu-Natal Strategic Plan 2023–2032, we are pleased to announce that, effective 1 July 2025, UKZN Extended Learning (UEL) has been formally integrated into the Graduate School of Business and Leadership (GSB&L).
From this date forward, UEL will serve as the University’s flagship platform for all short course offerings, including Executive Education, professional development programmes, and other short courses.
This merger will significantly strengthen the University’s ability to deliver innovative, impactful, and high-quality learning opportunities that respond to evolving societal and industry needs.
