On the 10th of February 2021, we hosted our ‘Delivering Real Value through Diversity: Key Principles of Project Management’ webinar. The purpose of this webinar is to provide insight into our Competent Project Management and Advanced Project Management programmes. In this session topics such as effective project management, emotional intelligence and the benefits of diversity were covered. It is important that as a manger to have the ability and leadership intuition to use this information for the execution of projects and activities. Acknowledging that management does not have a ‘one size fits all’ strategy is a step in the right direction and collecting the proper information on your human resource is essential for effective leadership. The facilitator for the webinar, Mr. Mondli Mbambo, left the attendees with a final thought,” Project management is by choice, not by chance”.
