Research has demonstrated that the knowledge gained through executive education far surpasses the expectations of many business leaders which in return has a great influence on various aspects of their organisations. Being a leader can be extremely demanding, however, if one can manage their time very well then they are prone to lead in an effective and efficient manner. At UEL, we have developed an online programme in order to assist business leaders across Africa who wish to enhance their leadership capabilities while they are at the comfort of their own homes/offices and managing their time meritoriously.

This online course – Certificate in Visionary Leadership comprises of three modules, namely; building leadership resilience in turbulence; the role of cultural intelligence in VUCA Contexts; and why innovation is a necessity, not a nicety in turbulence and VUCA. The course is co-facilitated by three world-renowned lecturers – Dr Elizabeth A. Tuleja, Professor Jennifer Moss Breen, as well as Professor Rob Elkington. Rob is an adjunct Professor at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (Faculty of Business and IT). He is well-known for his global leadership initiatives and has vast experience in teaching online courses on topics such as leadership, business and education, critical thinking and ethics.

This exciting course is designed for top business executives from around the globe, emerging managers and leaders in every sector from across Africa, business leaders seeking to enhance the internationalisation of their businesses, entrepreneurs functioning in a VUCA world, as well as graduate students seeking to have an edge with respect to their CV.

To all our current and future leaders across the African continent for whom this platform was created, you are encouraged to take advantage of such a great opportunity.
