UKZN Extended Learning hosted a free, interactive Project Management Workshop on the 15th March 2016. The workshop was facilitated by Project Management professional and academic, Mondli Mbambo. Mbambo is an award winning and passionate project management professional and practitioner, having worked with various consulting firms as a Project Management Specialist. Roughly 90 delegates attended, and were briefed in project planning, network planning, project management and strategy and the technical skills required to make projects a success. This two hour workshop served as the preliminary “taster” of what delegates could expect on the three day programme that runs in April.
